The hotel's charming atmosphere and spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds created a wonderful setting for our stay. We particularly enjoyed exploring the beautiful gardens and the herb garden, which also served as an educational site for local school children to learn about preserving biodiversity. The combination of modern amenities and vintage touches, such as the oldest snooker table in Sri Lanka, added a unique appeal to our family experience. Additionally, the hotel's commitment to reducing waste and eliminating plastics impressed us, showcasing their dedication to the environment.

My children wanted more adventurous activities, such as biking down the verdant hills using gravity.

There was sensational breakfasts with Sri Lankan cuisine. Location: the hotel was near to beautiful gardens as well as Nuwara Eliya, one of Sri Lanka's most stunning parts.

The breakfast was comprehensive and great as for the meals; the location was amazing. I appreciated the hospitality of the personnel.

The hotel had a beautiful flower garden and a cozy lobby area with a fireplace. The staff was friendly and the buffet breakfast and dinner offered a variety of local and European food. The free WiFi in the rooms was a convenient feature.

The hotel looked a bit tired and could use some updating, including the rooms. The lounge area was undergoing renovations, which made it crowded for guests.

- No consideration to keep the pork and other food separately for Muslims. I have witnessed in live cooking that Pork bacon omellete and other Omelletes are cooked in the same pan without cleaning. The practice is followed by almost all the hotels that says that they serve halal chicken/ beef. - Unreasonable prices - Really u will be amazed if u compare the prices with other hotels in Srilanka. - No Food Variety: There is only one restaurant (other was temp closed) which is unreasonably priced and poor in ambiance, quality of food, variety, pricing and yes CLEANLINESS. I stayed in various 4/5 star hotels in Srilanka and found that this hotel is exceptionally charging higher pricing with so many negatives - Quality of furniture is worst and old - Really need a renovation.

I do realize this is a heritage property, but still, it was not nice to have funny Asmells on the first floor near the rooms. We were also underwhelmed by the quality of the food vs the cost of it.

Spacious room with openable windows, large bed, and clean bathroom. Good TV channel selection, glass water bottles, and kettle for tea. Beautiful colonial-style property with well-maintained gardens. Prompt upgrade to a suite with balcony. Buffet offers value for money with a variety of options.

in the middle of the city, very convenient. and near beautifully manicured gardens and warm service, golf course and nuwara eliya for one night.

Beds were too small.

The room is great-sized and extremely pleasant and there are amazing views of the outside gardens. 5 minutes drive to the airport, it is located close enough to enjoy all the attractions.

jetwing st andrew's exceeded our previous nuwara eliya stay with impeccable service, tranquil surroundings, and a very accommodating manager. the room was beautifully decorated, the staff were welcoming, and the musician at dinner was a lovely touch. we only wish we had more time to explore the hotel grounds.

Buffet offers a wide array of tasty options. The 100-year-old snooker table is a must-try. Scottish charm and a haven of familiarity for homesick tea-planters.

The staff -v.eager to assist. The rooms are v.cosey and the bathroom is v.clean. Room service is prompt. The hotel is in a v.quiet and beautiful area of greenary. One can have lovely morning walks which I enjoyed.The breakfast has variety. I can easily recommend this hotel to anyone. Upon check-out I was informed that this hotel will be closed for 5 months for upgradation to a 4star hotel and I am looking forward for my next trip !!
